Privacy policy

Last updated 10 October 2026. This policy covers https://prud.in and any enquiry you send through it.

PRUD.in ("we", "us") operates this website from Delhi, India. We collect only what we need in order to answer your enquiry and deliver work you have asked for. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, business name, the service you are interested in, your indicated budget, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, gathered through Google Analytics and — where enabled — the Meta Pixel.
  • Theme preference. Whether you chose the light or dark version of this site, stored in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or audit.
  • To provide and improve the services you engage us for.
  • To send occasional updates about our services — only if you have asked for them, and every message carries an unsubscribe option.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns bring genuine enquiries, so we do not waste our own advertising budget.
  • To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations in India.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns, and may use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our own advertising. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally if you do.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — our email and hosting providers, analytics platforms, and accounting software — and only to the extent they need it. Each is bound by their own confidentiality obligations. We will also disclose information if required to by Indian law or a valid court order.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for eight years afterwards, as required by Indian accounting and tax rules.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled systems, and only team members who need it can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and current measures to protect what you send us.

Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.

To exercise any of these, email hello@prud.in. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
