Overview

PRUD.in provides lead generation services to real estate businesses. We are committed to delivering quality leads. This policy clearly explains when, how, and how much refund is available — so both parties have full clarity.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 50% refund if:

  • The agreed campaign duration has been completed (minimum 30 days).
  • The committed minimum lead count was not delivered.
  • You provided timely ad budget and required assets (creatives info, project details).
  • Refund request was raised within 7 days of the agreed duration.

What's Not Covered

  • Ad spend (Meta/Google budget) — this goes to the platforms, not refundable.
  • Delays caused by the client side (approvals, assets, payments).
  • Leads not followed up properly on quality.
  • Add-on services that have already been delivered.

Refund Process

Raise a Request

Send a refund request to hello@prud.in or via WhatsApp with campaign details.

Review (3–5 days)

We review your campaign data and deliverables.

Approval & Refund

If eligible, 50% service fee is returned via original payment method within 7–10 working days.
